Scottish Heritage This Month
Every Bite Tells a Scottish Story
Scotland’s food tells stories of the land, the sea and the people who call it home.
From warming bowls of Cullen skink and freshly baked shortbread to seafood, cheeses, berries and the ever-famous haggis, Scottish dishes are shaped by local ingredients and generations of tradition.
Today, chefs and home cooks continue to celebrate those flavors while adding new ideas of their own—proving that Scotland’s food heritage is still being written.
